Surrogate Requirements
These are the requirements to be a surrogate in our program:
- US Citizen or Legal Resident
- Age 21 – 38
- Uncomplicated pregnancy & birth
- Non Smoker & Non Drug User
- BMI under 32
- Good physical & mental health
- Agree to psychological drug & criminal screening
- Tubal Ligation is OK
